1. About SohoSumo

SohoSumo is a trading name of Marketta Global Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15141757, VAT number 452 6588 67), registered office 50 Christchurch Road, Ringwood, Hants, United Kingdom, BH24 1DW (“SohoSumo”, “we”, “us”).

2. Using this website

These terms apply to your use of sohosumo.com. By using the site, you agree to them.

You may use the site for your own information and to buy our services. You must not misuse it, try to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we may change or withdraw content at any time, and we do not guarantee it will always be free of errors or interruptions.

3. Our services

The SohoSumo Launch Package is available on two routes, both including VAT:

• Upfront: £379 at checkout, then £25 a month for months 2 to 12
• Monthly: £59 a month for 12 months

After the first 12 months, both routes continue at £25 a month on a rolling basis.

When you buy, you will be asked to accept our Customer Agreement. It sets out what is included, payment, cancellation, refunds, and when your site, domain and email become yours. If anything on this website differs from the Customer Agreement, the Customer Agreement applies. A copy is available on request from [email protected].

4. What we do not guarantee

We help you make better early decisions and launch with a credible foundation. We do not guarantee that your business will succeed, win customers, rank in search engines, be recommended by AI tools, generate enquiries or achieve any particular result.

We do not carry out trade mark searches or give legal advice on names, logos or brand assets. Before trading under a name or mark we produce, you are responsible for checking you can use it.

Where a deliverable depends on a third party, such as Google verifying a Business Profile or a registrar releasing a domain, we will do our part but cannot guarantee their decision or timing.

Some materials may be produced with the help of automated or AI-based tools. We review all such material and give it to you for approval before use.

5. Additional and resold services

We offer further services, including marketing planning, advertising management, content and email marketing, additional pages, online booking, e-commerce, telephony, print and signage artwork, and photography. These are not part of the Launch Package. Each is quoted and agreed with you in writing before work begins, and monthly services can be cancelled separately from your Launch Package on the notice agreed for that service.

Some services, including business telephony, are supplied by a third party and resold by us. We will tell you when this is the case and make their terms available before you sign up. We are not a telecommunications provider, and resold telephony should not be relied on for emergency calls.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this website, and the SohoSumo platform, software, tools, templates and methods we use to deliver our services, belong to us or our licensors. Ownership of what we create for customers is covered by the Customer Agreement.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, savings, goodwill or data, or for any indirect loss, arising from your use of this website. Our liability for the services we supply is set out in the Customer Agreement.

8. Privacy

We use personal data as set out in our privacy policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless the law requires otherwise.
