First thing that happens on Done-for-You and Strategic

Your one to one strategy session.

Half an hour with one of the team, booked in as soon as you have signed up. On Guided there is no call: the questionnaire and the Founders Deck do this work and you refine it yourself. It is where we work out what the business is actually for, who it is really aimed at, and the two or three cornerstones everything else rests on.

Get those wrong and a good logo will not save you. Get them right and the rest of the work mostly knows what to do.

Then the building starts. A launch is not one purchase.

A note on how we counted.Where the market sells several things as one product, we have priced them as one product. A brand starter pack includes the logo, so we have not charged you for a logo and then charged you again for the pack it comes in. A strategy session includes the write-up, so the call and the positioning are a single line. Counting them separately would have pushed this total past £7,000, and it would have been a lie.

Where that comparison is unfair to them

Row by row, ours is not always the same as the dearest version of that thing. Our website is three pages, not fifteen. Our brand book is a working document rather than forty pages. Our positioning comes out of a questionnaire and a conversation, not three workshops and eight competitor interviews. If what you need is the fifteen-page site and the forty-page brand book, go and buy those, and expect to pay properly for them.

What does compare is where you end up. A business people can find, email, look up and buy from. That part is the same either way.

The awkward question

Why it isn’t £3,000. And why it isn’t £99.

The three packages run from £59.95 to £116.78 a month, or £654 to £1,274 for the year. Both are fair questions, so here are both answers.

One process, run many times

An agency starts most projects from a blank page and bills you for the discovery. Ours puts the whole price in front of you before you pay a penny, and the discovery is included in it rather than billed on top. The repetition is not a compromise. It is the whole reason the number works.

What keeps it from going generic

The order of the work is the same for everybody. What goes into it is not. On Done-for-You and Strategic, half an hour with the person whose money is on the line is the fastest way we know to find out which parts of the usual answer are wrong for you.

The scope is fixed, and that is the deal

Up to three pages. Three design directions to choose from, one of them built. A set list of brand assets. You are not buying unlimited revisions and we have not priced for them.

Yes, we use AI, and it works inside rules we wrote

Point a general-purpose AI tool at your business and you get what everyone else gets: something confident, generic, and wrong in the specifics that matter. What took us time to build is the layer around it. The questions we ask, the limits we set, and the patterns we know hold for a small British business rather than for a software company with a marketing department. Drafting inside those rules is quick. The rules themselves came out of doing this work, and deciding what is actually right for your business is still a person’s job. That is a real part of why the price is what it is, and we would rather say so than let you wonder.

And why it isn’t that either. At £99 somebody is doing it badly, or not doing most of it. There is no version of this where a person registers your domain properly, sets up your mailbox, works out what you say, writes the pages, builds three design directions, verifies you with Google, then answers your emails for a year, all for ninety-nine pounds. When you see that price, read the list underneath it.

Where it stops

What you are not buying.

The quickest way to judge whether a price is honest is whether anybody will tell you where it stops.

  • Ongoing SEOWe set the foundations up properly and then we stop. We do not run a monthly SEO retainer, and if somebody tells you they do at this price, look closely at what they mean by it.
  • Paid advertisingWe neither set it up nor manage it.
  • Ecommerce, booking systems and client portalsWe will link to yours. We do not build them.
  • Unlimited pagesYou get up to three. More is a conversation rather than an assumption.
  • Ongoing content and social postingThat is a different job.
  • Original photography and videoWe do not shoot anything. Free stock photography is included and we fit it to the brand, or you upload your own. Pictures of your actual work, team and premises are a separate service.
  • Third-party costsAdvertising spend, paid plugins and premium fonts are paid by you, direct to the provider, and we add no margin. Your domain renewal is included for as long as you stay with us, and any Workspace user beyond the first is £10 a month, which we add for you.
  • Company formation, accounting and legalWe will point you the right way, but we are not your accountant.
  • Ecommerce, bookings and advertisingNo package includes a shop, a booking system or ad spend. They are fixed-price add-ons later, on any package.

How much do I save by paying for the year?

£65.40 on Guided, £92.40 on Done-for-You and £127.36 on Strategic. The monthly route is twelve payments starting on the day you sign up; the yearly route is one payment.

Which package should I choose?

Guided if you are happy to build with guidance. Done-for-You if you want your launch handled for you. Strategic if you want a research-informed launch, with the competitor work and five extra landing pages built around what it finds.

Can I move up a package later?

Yes, from your dashboard. You pay the difference and the change takes effect at once.

Why twelve months?

Because that is the year everything moves. Your prices settle, the offer gets sharper, you add a service you hadn’t thought of. Twelve months is what lets changes be included rather than quoted one at a time. After that it is £25 a month, rolling, on 30 days’ notice.

What happens after twelve months?

£25 a month on every package and nothing else changes. Hosting, support and changes carry on. Cancel on 30 days’ notice whenever you want to.

Do I actually speak to a person?

On Done-for-You and Strategic, yes: your one to one strategy session is half an hour, booked in as soon as you have signed up, and it is the first thing that happens. On Guided, your Founders Deck sets the direction and you take it from there. It is where we set the two or three cornerstones the rest of the work rests on. You are not filling in a form and waiting to see what comes out the other end.

Do I own everything?

Yes, at the end of month 12, once your first year is paid. The domain and mailbox become yours or the company’s. Brand files yours. Website yours. Search Console and Google Business Profile under your account.

What if I already have a domain, or a logo?

Then we move it across, or work with it, and that part costs you nothing extra. It doesn’t bring the price down, because the rest of the work is unchanged.

What is the catch?

The scope is fixed and you commit for a year. That is all of it.

When do I pay?

On the package page, before the questionnaire. You choose your package and whether to pay monthly or for the year, and pay securely by card. The questionnaire opens once payment goes through.
