Soho Sumo

For UK founders

What a Founders Deck is, and how you get yours.

If your logo, website copy and brand feel like a lot to work out, start with your idea. Your Founders Deck sets out your idea, your customer and your market in words you can work with, written from your answers to the launch questionnaire.

You do not need to know how to use AI, have a logo ready or know every answer.

What you get

Put your idea into words you can work with.

Your Founders Deck is written from your answers to the questionnaire. It brings your idea, customer and market together so you have something concrete to work from, and it is the first thing we build your launch on.

  • Your idea

A clearer view of what you are setting out to offer.

  • Your customer

Who you want to help and the need you want to meet.

  • Your market

The context for your business and where you could stand apart.

The deck is yours to keep and to think with. It is also where your launch starts, because everything we build afterwards is based on it. The route is explained below.

If you are not sure yet

You can begin before you have all the answers.

AI can give you plenty of options. Choosing what suits your business can still feel difficult. Here is how the SohoSumo launch process helps when you decide to proceed.

  • “I do not know what looks right”

We establish the direction with you in a one-to-one strategy session. You see the brand and copy, then choose from three website design directions. The site stays private until you sign it off.

  • “I want it to sound like my business”

Your voice, story and messaging are developed together. You review the words and tell us what feels right, what needs changing and which details we need to get exactly right.

  • “I am worried about getting something wrong”

A strategist reviews your messaging, and you approve the business facts before publication. We give you work to react to and a person to discuss it with.

  • “I keep starting again and never finishing”

There is a defined sequence and a clear point for each decision. You can see progress and receive an email when your input is needed.

  • “I cannot put all the pieces together myself”

Your domain, business mailbox, logo, copy and website are handled through one launch process. Hosting, edits and support continue through the monthly plan after launch.

  • “I want to know what will be mine”

Your domain and mailbox become yours at the end of month 12, once your first year is paid. Your brand and website files are yours, with a handover available if you leave after the initial twelve-month term. The privacy policy explains how information you share is handled.

If you decide to go ahead

What the launch package includes.

Once you have chosen how to pay, your launch comes together, with our guidance if you are building it yourself or with our team building it with you: a domain and business mailbox, brand identity and logo files, positioning and written page content, plus a website of up to three pages. You choose from three design directions. Search setup, hosting, edits and support are included within the package and monthly plan.

£379 upfront plus £25 a month

All prices include VAT. The monthly plan has a twelve-month minimum term. After that it continues monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.

A £59-a-month option with nothing upfront is also available for the first twelve months. After that, the plan is £25 a month.

Questions

The things founders ask first.

Do I need a finished business plan?

No. Start with your idea and what you know about the people you want to help. You can identify the parts you are still working out in the questionnaire.

When do I pay, and what does it buy?

On the package page, before the questionnaire opens. It buys the whole launch package, and your readiness report, your Founders Deck and your strategy session are part of it. You see the price in full before anything is charged.

Will I need to learn AI or build the website?

No. If you proceed, SohoSumo handles the drafting and build. We use AI within our process, with human judgement and your approvals guiding the work. Your role is to share the business details, give feedback and approve the result.

Can I use a logo or domain I already have?

Yes. Share it with us. We can work with existing assets where they suit the business, and explain any changes we recommend.

What is outside the package?

Online shops, booking systems, customer portals and custom software are outside the standard launch package. Original photography, paid advertising and ongoing SEO campaigns are also separate. Domain renewal after year one and other stated third-party costs are additional. See the full scope before deciding.

What will I own, and how is my information used?

If you buy the launch package, your domain and mailbox become yours at the end of month 12, once your first year is paid, and your brand and website files are yours. Our privacy policy explains how we use the information you share. If you need trademark clearance or have confidential material you are unsure about sharing, ask us before proceeding.
